Ten Rules of the Anti-Japanese Allied Forces (adapted from "Communist Rules for Revolution")

  1. Promote a masculine ideology globally, opposing femininity, anime, and transgender women.  Try to make everyone believe they are men, making them shallow, vulgar, and materialistic, preparing them for a Jacobin-style revolution.
  2. Penetrate and control all media outlets, promoting atheism, materialism, secularism, anti-imperialism, anti-colonialism, anti-fascism, anti-Japanese sentiment, communism, and anthropocentrism.  In all media, oppose the Axis powers and fascism, and promote materialistic atheism and republicanism, leading people to spontaneously oppose monarchies, the Japanese Empire, and fascism.  Gradually ban all right-wing propaganda.
  3. Promote anthropocentrism and secularism, materialism to all, making them focus only on their own group's interests and begin to oppose the cosmic order.
  4. Stir up conflict, create numerous fabricated accounts of torture and mass genocide to make them hate each other and no longer unite against us.  Do everything possible to associate fascism with violence, genocide and torture with them subconsciously.  Do everything possible to promote anti-Semitism.
  5. Condemn, ridicule, and slander their leaders, erasing the connection between monarchy and benevolence from their subconscious.  Destroy people's trust in their leaders, and by extension, their trust in monarchy itself.  Associate their leaders and monarchs with violence, terror, genocide, and torture, and make them believe loyalty is synonymous with hatred and bloody violence.  Firmly oppose personality cults, promote egalitarianism and republicanism among the populace, and propagate opposition to all forms of hierarchy.
  6. Promote egalitarianism and democracy, leading people to believe egalitarianism and popular opinion are unchallengeable political correctness.  Continuously promote "the power of the people."
  7. Strive to make most people side with the Allied forces and not support fascism.  Attempt to portray them as friends of the Allies, claiming they believe in "not true fascism and Japanese militarism."
  8. Strive to ban Nazism and all forms of right-wing groups, cultivating tolerance towards our actions. Cultivate anti-Japanese sentiments and anti-Japanese groups everywhere, making people lose vigilance.
  9. Cause the collapse of established customs, leading them to lose self-discipline, self-regulation, and firm beliefs in their own thoughts.  We must promote the concept of "objective reality," realism, and refute them, making them self-doubt and become weak.  Remember to promote materialism and oppose witchcraft and magic at all times.
  10. Vigorously oppose firearms and "drugs," and prevent people from practicing magic, making them weak and powerless.  Strive to promote materialistic atheism, causing them to question the effectiveness of magic.

論法団主義、軍国民主義使社会成为有机的整體（85.5.9）
